Vital signs measurement including blood pressure, pulse rate, and body temperature
Examination of eyes, ears, nose, and throat
Heart and lung examination
Abdominal and musculoskeletal system assessment
Blood tests:
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) to detect anemia or blood disorders
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) for diabetes screening
- Liver Function Tests (SGOT, SGPT, ALP)
